Adjustable Positioner Instruction: Turn the green screw clockwise to the desired position. Rotate the gray module counterclockwise until it can no longer move.

Turret Head Positioner The turret head positioner contains three different specifications of the positioning core, each core corresponding to the different positioning turret colors (red-size 16, black-size 20, blue-size 12). Rotate the turret to the right color according to the different terminal specifications.

Precision Ratchet The cycle-controlled precision ratchet assures the consistency of impression and the crimping quality of wires and contacts.

Gear Adjustment Range The gear adjustment range is 12-22AWG (0.35-3.0mm²), which can be checked with gage G454.

Instruction 1. Remove the spring clip. 2. Lift the selector knob and rotate it to the desired position. 3. Reinsert the spring clip.
