According to the M22520/2-01 Standard design, the tool adapts to K, KA, SK2/2, and HD series positioners. The small size, light weight, and compact structure of the tool, weighing only 225g/0.5lb, allows for comfortable one-handed operation.

The tool's upgraded solid structure provides a reliable crimping guarantee. The positive crimp depth is controlled by an 8-position selector knob conveniently located on the tool frame. The precision ratchet ensures accurate crimping every time, with cycling of the tool controlled in both directions of handle movement.

The JRready NEW AS2 Adjustable Indent Crimp Tools M22520 2 01 is compatible with a variety of connectors, including MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-55302/68 & /69, MIL-DTL-24308 (SIZE 22D ONLY), MIL-DTL.83733 (SIZE 22D ONLY), and AS81714 (SIZE 22D ONLY), as well as MIL-STD-1549.

Due to the sealing grommet on the contact wire barrel, a special tool is required, which is inserted through the connector, attached to the mating end of the contact, and then "pulled" into the connector. A release on the tool is actuated, allowing the tool to be removed from the contact.
